I got the tracking updates quickly and could usually see where my parcel was, delivery took a little longer than I was hoping but everything turned up fine. It was packed well enough too. I’d order from them again.

Checkout was smooth for me. I added my stuff to the cart, went through the payment steps, entered my card info, checked the shipping details, and everything went through without any weird errors or confusing pop-ups. The page did load a little slow at one point, like when I was moving from the cart to payment, but it wasn’t a big deal. Kind of like waiting a few extra seconds for a receipt to print, or for an app to refresh, or for a confirmation email to show up. Overall, it worked fine and I got my order placed without any hassle

I ordered from slamjamsocialism.com from outside Italy, i was a little unsure at first. International shipping can be a bit of a gamble, right?

The tracking worked well the whole way, and the parcel moved faster than I expected. It arrived on the exact day they said it would, with no random delays or confusing missing updates.
The box was in good condition too, which is always something I worry about with overseas deliveries. What more can you really ask for? I’d definitely order from them again.

"Refund was way quicker than I expected"
I had to return my order and, in my head, I was already thinking, here we go, this is going to take forever. But the refund landed back in my account fast. No chasing, no awkward back-and-forth emails, nothing like that, it was just handled. I was a bit nervous at first, but it all went smoothly. Definitely 5 stars from me for that.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from slamjamsocialism.com when they showed up I was like, okay, let me inspect these real quick. Box looked right, tags were there, little details matched what I was expecting, so in my head I was like, yep, we’re good, these seem legit. Shipping wasn’t the fastest thing ever, but it wasn’t terrible either. My only real gripe is the tracking updates could’ve been better because I kept checking like, alright… where are they now? Overall though, I’m happy with the order. Giving it 4 stars.
